If you are having issues taking good photos here are some tips and tricks to get better results from our AI, Onnx:
- Make sure the plant is in clear and even lighting.
- Get a clear angle of the plant.
- Move plant into an area away from other plants.
- Try take photos from multiple angles and see if one of them works.
If you have tried using our tips and tricks on how to take good photos and Onnx is still not detecting images, here are some ideas you can try:
- Uploading an image of the plant using our upload button.
- If you have an idea about what the name of the plant is, try searching it up in our database.
- If neither of these work, try take a look through our database and see if there are any plants that seem to fit.

Some basic information relating to the mobile app:
The LeafMatch mobile app can be installed on all Android devices and most desktop operating systems. The app is not supported on iOS, but must be installed manually.
In order to install the app for the first time, you will need to be using Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet. The mobile app does not yet work offline, this is something we are working on.

How many plants are in the LeafMatch database?
- Currently our database contains most of the plants used at the IM Garden Mart in Singapore, however we plan on increasing the supported plants in the future.
